Full Employment - 30 hours?

I took an online survey today. One of the questions asked my employment status. The selection which caught my interest was:

Full Employment: 30 hours or more per week

I'm wondering when 30 hours per week became fully employed? Is this a sign of the times? It used to be that you couldn't get benefits if you didn't work at least 32 hours per week. Of course, with the cost of healthcare rising, I suppose you can't get benefits at some employers even if you work 80 hours per week.

OneNote and USB

I work on multiple computers and I am looking at a way to be portable. I really like Microsoft's OneNote. To my mind, it's the one program that they got right. The problem is that it must be installed on each computer on which it is used. I have it on my home laptop and netbook. My work computer doesn't have it as it didn't come with the Office 2007 package that they bought. (I understand it will be available in the 2010 package in about eight months.) Meanwhile, I carry my netbook back and forth to work. I can't put it on the network, but I can use it like a notepad and transfer things via other methods.

So where does the USB come in? It's where I put my notebooks. That way, the information travels with me even when the software doesn't. It works pretty well. What does it lack? Not much for my purposes. I'd like to see a portable version -- e.g. one that can go onto my USB so I can use it on systems which don't have OneNote installed. But, I suspect that will not be coming. In combination with my Netbook, it may not be needed. I'll keep you posted.
